In this information “us’” “we” or “our” refers to MOLTO and SKYSAFE and “you” or “your”, refers to you our Client, your family or friends for whom we may have retained information in relation to your photographic requirements.
Why does Molto collect personal information?
We will only ask for the relevant personal information we reasonably require to do business with you. Information is generally obtained through information you provide via online forms at our website, telephone, email, text, or hard copy.
Does MOLTO engage in the practice of purchasing or selling personal information for marketing purposes?
NO! we find this type of activity distasteful.
What information do we collect?
The personal information we collect is dependent to some extent upon your relationship with us.
Examples of the type of personal information that we may collect from you:
a. Online registration information e.g. Name, address, contact numbers.
b. Emails, messages via any form of electronic, instant messaging or video.
c. Letters and correspondence received in paper format.
d. Images from your photographic session/s.
How do we use it?
MOLTO may use the information we collect to notify you about important functionality changes to our website, new services, and special offers that we believe you may benefit from.
a. MOLTO will use this information to update you on any MOLTO supported charity event you may have donated to or elect to follow.
b. To notify you of any potential outcome from any competition you may have participated in.
c. And as you would expect we use this information in general administration of our dealings with you.
Both MOLTO and SKYSAFE are very conscious of your right to privacy. We will not ask for information or record information offered voluntarily that does not pertain to our requirements to fulfill our photographic commitment to you.
What about my Skysafe stored images?
These are totally protected. You and only you can access them. It is your responsibility to protect your password. MOLTO will not release any images to a third party without your written consent.
Please consider allowing access to another trusted person or completing the forms within our software to allow us to give access to a named person in the event of emergency or death. Images are forever. They are your history and they are precious, however in the event of serious medical issue or death, without third party access we are not permitted to breach your privacy.
How do you access the personal information MOLTO or SKYSAFE retains on file?
Simple, put your request in writing, clearly identifying the information you seek access to. Generally speaking this is a free service where information would be printed out and emailed or sent by registered post.
However, if for any reason this becomes a complex matter i.e divorce issues, family issues, we reserve the right to charge you a search fee plus copying and collating costs.
Can you request an alteration to the records held?
Yes. If you discover we have been inaccurate let us know. Change of address, mob etc. We will take every step to correct it.
If there are changes to Molto’s Privacy Policy how will I know?
The law continually changes and we must change with it to meet legislation and the environment we live in.
Changes and or amendments to our Privacy Policy may be due to and include without being limited to, operational and procedural changes.

Unhappy with the manner in which we have treated your privacy?
We hope not. We are here to rectify any issue you have. You will always be treated with respect and we will endeavour to rectify any issue within a 48hour period. If you feel we have failed you, you have the right to lodge with the Privacy Commissioner at www.privacy.gov.au.
Do we use “cookies” ?
Yes, our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, they do enable us to track our website traffic patterns. These Cookies enable us to improve our systems to make our website more functional.
